I'm Jay Dold, and since 2013 I've been working as an instructional designer, under the name Refined Instructional Design.

I've produced unique learning experiences that leverage my experience in the ADDIE process, fluency with industry standard production tools and extensive background in user experience and visual design to develop learning experiences feel ‘right’ and are engaging to learners on all levels.
