I'm Jay Dold, and since 2013 I've been working as an instructional designer in various environments, which I've collected here under the name Refined Instructional Design.

 

I've produced unique learning experiences that leverage my experience in the ADDIE process, extensive fluency with industry standard production tools and a strong background in user experience and visual design to develop learning experiences feel ‘right’ and are engaging to learners on all levels.
