Abbott Labs was rolling out a new system for ordering parts from centralized warehouses. I worked with internal SME’s on the development of several courses outlining these procedures which were developed in Storyline. We systematically reworked existing assets and restructured content and sequencing, while reimagining the user interface to deliver a more learner-friendly experience.
