When Covered California needed to develop a series of courses for training enrollment councilors and internal personnel, I developed the visual style and user interface used through the entire series and was charged with the development of courses in both Captivate and Storyline. Working closely with subject matter experts at Covered California and the vendor on the project, I was able to expand and modify content for use across multiple audiences and update lessons to reflect changes in the program as they developed.
