A national health care provider wanted to raise awareness within their enterprise of their Operations group. Working with internal consultants, I was able to develop a scenario-based script that provided an introduction the the Operations group as a whole, as well as a high-level overview of each of the departments within the Operations group.

By developing engaging characters to act as the 'guides' on this tour, I was able to infuse a sense of narrative to this project which received overwhelming positive feedback from the enterprise. Many of whom responded 'I didn't know we had a group doing that!'.
