Interactive eLearning has become the mainstay of the training world. As an instructional designer, I go beyond creating courses that are simply interactive, and develop immersive environments that flow naturally and allow learners to focus on content. Information is presented in a way that facilitates retention and allows learners to fully engage in the course, without having to think about how they navigate through it.
