The medical school at Sanford University needed to develop training materials for the multitude of procedures needed to set up their Department Operations Center in the event of an emergency on campus. Working with their subject matter expert, I developed a printed job aid, an interactive training module using Storyline and a series of short instructional videos that demonstrated the setup procedure for the entire center and each member of the team.
